Two finishes, one price

The thing most metal card sellers skip

Metal interferes with NFC. A solid metal card with a chip simply glued behind it will tap unreliably or not at all, and you tend to find that out in front of the person you were trying to impress. A metal NFC card has to be made with a cutout or a shielding layer, which is most of why it costs RM249 against RM189 for wood.

Would rather have wood? Five woods at RM189.

Questions

What is a metal NFC business card?

A digital business card in brushed metal: laser-engraved with your name, with an NFC chip inside. Tap it on a phone, or scan its QR, and your details save straight into their contacts — no app needed. Change those details any time; the card itself stays the same.

Does metal block the NFC chip?

Plain metal does, which is why a metal NFC card needs either a cutout or a shielding layer behind the chip. Ours are built that way, so they tap like any other card. It is also the reason metal costs more than wood.

Which finish should I pick?

Silver is the quietest and shows fingerprints least. Gold reads warmest under indoor light. Both are brushed rather than polished, so they do not mirror.

What can you engrave on it?

Up to four things at no extra cost: your name, your company, your logo, and a QR code on the back. We test the QR on metal first and only engrave it if it scans reliably.

Is metal worth the extra over wood?

Metal is RM249 against RM189 for wood. It is heavier, cooler to the touch and harder to damage. Wood is warmer, taps more simply and is the one people tend to ask to hold. Neither is better; they make different impressions.

How long does it take?

Each metal card is engraved and tested, then sent out within 3 business days. The courier takes 2 to 4 days, and delivery is free anywhere in Malaysia.

Have it in hand before your next event.

Wood cards are engraved and sent out the same week. Free delivery across Malaysia.
