Setting up your card
Ten minutes, once. After that your details are yours to change from your phone, and the card never needs reprinting.
1Get in
Open the link we emailed you.
It takes you straight to your profile — no password needed the first time. If you made an account when you ordered, sign in at sleekbadge.com/signin instead.
Set a password you will remember.
A short phrase works better than a complicated word. This is what gets you back in when you want to change your number.

2Fill in your profile
Photo first.
A clear face photo, shoulders up. It is the first thing anyone sees and it is what makes the page look like a person rather than a form.
Name, job title, company.
Add a second name if you use one — characters, a nickname, a maiden name. It shows under your main name and travels into their phone, so looking you up by either one finds you.
Phone, WhatsApp, email.
Add a second number if you have a desk line. Each one becomes a button, so nobody has to copy anything out.
Your links.
LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, 小红书, YouTube, your website — and Waze, which is worth doing if clients visit you. Waze takes a link or just your address typed in.
Colours and logo.
Pick an accent colour and upload your logo. Your card then looks like your business rather than like ours.
Publish.
Nothing is live until you say so. Press publish and your link starts working.

3Share it
Tap the card on a phone.
Hold the top of the card against the back of their phone, near the top. iPhone XS and newer need no app. Android phones need NFC switched on.
Or let them scan the QR.
On the back of your card. Works on any phone with a camera, including ones with no NFC.
Or send the link.
Your card has an address like sleekbadge.com/p/ABC123. Paste it into WhatsApp, an email, or your Instagram and LinkedIn bios.
Put it in your email signature.
Add a line linking to your card. Every email you send then carries it, and the people who already have your address are the ones most likely to pass you on.
?via=link to the end. Your stats then tell email clicks apart from real card taps.4Keep it one tap away
Add your card to your home screen.
Open your card in the browser. On iPhone press Share → Add to Home Screen; on Android press the menu → Add to Home screen. It then opens like an app, which matters when somebody asks for your details and you are holding a coffee.
Add the scanner too.
Same steps, from the scanner page. At an event you want it on the first screen, not three taps deep.

5The card scanner
Photograph a paper card.
It reads the name, company, phone and email and offers to save the contact. No typing.
You start with 20 scans.
Enough for most events. You can see how many are left on your own page.
Top up when you need more — RM29 for 50.
There is a top-up button next to the scanner. Worth doing before an event rather than during one.

6A background for video calls
Download your call background.
Your card makes a 1920×1080 image with your name and QR in the corner, ready for Zoom, Teams or Meet. The middle is left empty so your head is not covering anything.
Set it in your call app.
In Zoom: Settings → Background & Effects → +. Teams and Meet have the same thing under background options.

7Keeping it running
The first year is included.
Your card and the code engraved on it are yours. What renews is the hosting — keeping your page online and answering taps.
After that it is RM30 a year.
It brings another 20 card scans with it. You can renew from your own page.
If it lapses, nothing breaks straight away.
For fourteen days nothing changes at all. After that your card still opens and still shows your name, photo and number — your logo, colours and links come off until it is paid. Nothing is deleted, and nothing needs reprinting when you come back.
